Gentle Yoga 

Mondays @ 9am
This class offers a gentle approach to yoga with special attention to modifications for common limitations, such as arthritis, back and joint pain, as well as tight muscles and stiff joints. The practice encourages mindfulness, breath awareness, and serenity and is perfect those who are new to yoga, have physical limitations, or desire a soothing practice. Class is open to all levels and ends with guided relaxation.

Beginning Yoga for EveryBody

Mondays @ 6pm
This is a Hatha yoga class for every BODY! If you ever thought yoga wasn't for you, this is your class. If you ever felt uncomfortable in a yoga class, this class is for you. We will make yoga fit your body, not the other way around. This class will make yoga accessible no matter what fabulous body you have. Learn the use of props and modifications to connect body and mind. Class runs 1 hour & 30 minutes. Beginning Yoga class focused on finding appropriate adaptations to suit every Body. You'll discover ways to access poses you thought were not for you- and gain body confidence and skill while having fun in a relaxed and supportive environment. This class is suitable for all levels, abilities, and bodies.

All Levels Yoga

Tuesdays @ 11am
This well-rounded class offers a little bit of everything and leaves you feeling great. Every class is different and practices focus on finding balance for body & mind. Suitable for all levels.

Yoga for Stress Relief

Tuesdays @ 4:30pm
This one hour Stress Relief class begins with centering and breath exercises to calm the body and mind. We then transitions to gentle movements to relax the nervous system before moving into restorative postures. Class ends with a deeply relaxing savasana. Take some much needed time for YOU. Appropriate for all levels.

Hatha I

Tuesdays @ 6pm
This class will focus on the classic yoga poses, building on the basics with emphasis on bringing the physical postures and mindful awareness into harmony through use of the breath. Exploration of modifications of standing, sitting, and twisting poses so all bodies feel supported.  Practice is a nice balance between Hatha holds and short flows. Class ends with relaxation. Some Yoga experience necessary. 

Chair Yoga - $10.00

Wednesdays @ 10am
Chair yoga is a great alternative for people who may not be able to transfer from the floor easily due to weight, joint problems, or simply personal preference. Students are a mix of ages and abilities. Chair classes involve seated poses using the chair for support as needed.Benefits include increased balance, strength, flexibility, range of motion, and stress reduction.
 Class runs 45 minutes.

Yoga for Core + Balance

Wednesdays @ 11am
This class is designed to improve core strength through a variety of postures and movement. Practice is focused along the mid-line of the body supporting balance and posture. Breath deeper, stand taller and join us for this fun and effective class. Class ends with relaxation.

Yoga 101

Thursdays @ 4:30pm
Get to know your body as you master the basic postures of Hatha Yoga. Kristina will breakdown classic yoga postures in the Iyengar Tradition to help you learn proper alignment in your own body and how to modify and use props to maximize effect. Students will practice diaphragmatic breathing and learn yogic breathing techniques to bring calm, energy, or restfulness to body and mind. Class ends with systematic relaxation. 

Vinyasa Flow

Thursdays @ 6pm
Kara will lead the class through power and skill-building drills and vinyasa flows designed to allow you to discover your strengths. Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike, which helps to develop a more balanced body as well as prevent repetitive motion injuries. This flowing style of yoga melds breath and body into a high energy, yet meditative and blissful experience.

Sweet Stretch & Flow 

Saturdays @ 9:30- 10:45am
The perfect way to start the weekend! A methodical awakening of the body through dynamic movement and breath. We gently deepen with each stretch creating a sense of peaceful calm. Then we move into a gentle flow linking movement with breath  energizing the body. Take an hour to rejuvenate mind, body and spirit with this smooth and steady practice.

Sunday Yin

Sundays @ 12:30
In our fast-paced, high stress world, taking time with ourselves to slow down, nourish and restore is ever more important. Classes in this group will alternate between“adult naptime”- a class of supported gentle stretches that allow for deep relaxation and refreshment and Yin yoga, a series of gentle poses held over a long period of time, bringing deep and satisfying release of muscular, fascial and ligament tensions. You’ll leave each class feeling nurtured, rested and deeply relaxed. All levels.
