Evening Yoga in Nature: Unwind from your week (6:30-7:30 PM)

 

What better way to end your week than doing yoga out under the trees and in the soft grass? Join Andrea for an accessible* practice to connect with your breathe and release from your day, your week. Poses will include laying on your back and belly, hands and knees, seated and standing. If any of these positions do not feel luxurious, variations will be offered. Make this practice your own, be with your breath. 

Bring your own mat, a medium sized towel and water to drink. Masks are required except for when you are on your mat. We will be spread out at least 6 feet apart.

*Accessible means that any class can also be done seated. Variations for poses that aren't working for you will be offered.

Chair Yoga: Breathe and Stretch for All

 

Want to do some yoga in nature but getting on the ground just sounds like no fun for you? Join Andrea for a chair class out among the birds and the trees. The entire class can be done seated or there will be options to add in a few standing poses if you’d like to challenge your balance and strength. Please register early so we know how many chairs will be needed. This class is also accessible for those who are in a wheelchair. The path to get to the cement paved pavilion is crushed stone or grass. Obviously, we ask that anyone that is high risk physically not come to the class at this time.

 

Bring some water to drink. Masks are required until you are seated for the class. We will be spread at least 6 feet apart.
